    Default help!! flats too big!

    as the title states, i have bought Lacoste flats that are just 1/2 a size too big =( it was too good of a buy to give up so i was wondering if anybody has any ideas of how to fill in the little space?!!? please help! theyre too pretty not to be used

    Depends how big they are. First try a full innersole which should take up plenty of room. Just know that a full insersole will eventually flatten out so I would suggest buying a few. If it's just a little too big then just use a 1/2 innersole which will help push your foot back. That too will eventually flatten out so you would have to buy a few. Both of those should help.

    if they are slipping off your heels, most stores carry these adhesive pads that you can stick behind your heels to take up a little extra space, i have to use them in most of my pumps

    All the suggestions so far are excellent ones. Depending on how much adjustment you need, you can also get inserts that go under the ball of your foot. They'll push your foot back just a bit in the shoe and maybe help with the size issue.

    Half a size should be fixable, and as a girl who's a sucker for a bargain, I totally understand getting a shoe a bit big for the bargain. When they're a little on the large side, you can work on getting them to fit. Too small, there's not much to be done.

    thanks everybody for all those wonderful suggestions!! i will go buy those asap.
    haha yea there was no way i was going to turn down the lacoste flats that were only 30 bucks when its like 130 normally!! and yea, thankfully it was a bit bigger and not smaller
