Help me, I'm dying to find these shoes!

I am going to lose sleep if I don't find out where I can get these shoes. I saw them in an ad for Elie Tahari in Glamour February 2008 issue. I had a mental image of this perfect shoe I have been seeking for over a year and when I saw this it was as if someone read my mind when they made it. Please, please, please help me!
