    Default Help with Shoe size

I was browsing for clogs on amazon and came upon a pair that I really like.
Here is the link to the shoe i want.
    Amazon.com: White Mountain Teddy: Apparel

I went to a store the other day and had my foot sized with clogs and i was told i was a 40 regular which is a 7 in mens, but the shoe i currently wear is a slip on from puma with sizes UK-10, US-9, EUR-42, CM-27. Which size should i get? The 7M or the 9M? My foot measures almost exactly 10 inches from the end of my hell to the tip of my big toe. And the width from about the center of my foot is 3.75 inches. Can someone help me with which shoe size i should get?

    P.S. I am a MALE

US Women's sizes equate to a smaller Men's size. I am 7.5M but wear a womens 5.5-6 in men's athletic shoes.

Hope that helps you figure this out.

BTW a 7 in US mens is a pretty small foot, about a 9-9.5 US women's size. I think a 42 is usually a 10 or higher (ie, euro sizes are normally 'subtract 30' to get your US women's size.)

Also, if you have a wide foot, you need to consider whether that is an issue with shoe style & fit.

From my best understanding when I used to work at a footwear store, WOMEN US size is equivalent to a MENS size just by adding +1. Example, Women's size 10 would = to a Men's size 9
