The photo's a little fuzzy. My 1st thought is the Christian Louboutin 'Sometimes' lace up oxford sandal (Mostly because of the heel height & shape of the platform) but I can't see if your's have a front tassel.

There are some knock offs by Guess & BCBG on that CL style.
