the guy in the white is who I am talking about.
I DO know that it is hard to see them, but any shoes that look similar will do.

The shoes have a slightly extended heel. I want a pair like that.

They might be a men's western ankle height boot. It's hard to see any detail.

Maybe something like Ariat (English cut) boots? They have a slightly stacked heal without looking terribly 'Western'.
