Question Lace Wedding Shoes - dyable??

Hey guys

I got a pair of Stuart Weitzman's on crazy sale (25% off) for my wedding. They are lace and have a peep toe, sort of like the ones on this site: Stuart Weitzman Lingerie (White Guipure Lace) - Pump Bridal Shoes.

I want to get them dyed but I don't know if it will ruin the shoes. Have any of you ever dyed an item like this and know if it turned out?? My dress is sort of an off-white/ivory and these shoes are WHITE. I don't want them to stand out.

Thanks for your help!

-Elyse

I had inexpensive lace boots about 19 years ago & dyeing ivory them was no problem. A respectable cobbler (and some shoe stores) should be able to do this for you.

Get them professionally dyed. I you got a dress over at David's bridal or something, they'll often dye the accessories for you.
