Bought shoes at thrift store. Help identifying them?

Hello Hello. I'm a guy which seems to be unusual in these threads, but I joined to ask people who know their shoe knowledge.

OK! So i bought some shoes at a thrift store for 25$ because they looked awesome and fit perfectly. After basic research online, they are apparently really expensive? I don't know, but the label on the inside is "Rick Owens". I had never heard of the designer, but hey, I'm not very knowledgeable on the whole shoes thing. I'll post up pics soon.

I'm just wondering what's the deal with these shoes?

Rick Owens is an California born designer who now lives in France, I think. In the past he didn't advertise, but he just signed on with a group to market his designs. He is sort of considered by some as an amazing designer, but when I looked at his last two seasons, I was not feeling it. Maybe I just don't understand him. In his interviews he comes off as arrogant and moody. He is under the counterfeit radar, I think, and they do have that RO look about them. If they really are Rick Owens shoes, then you have yourself a real find.
