Default A young man needs help with his shoes.

Hey all you shoe-lovers out there from a newbie.

I need a new pair of shoes. My priority, as always, is the shoes to be comfortable. I also do not want them to have any laces - so I prefer velcros, or just slip ons. Maybe you can help me to find a pair of shoes?

I picked out 2 of which I kind of like.

1) GUESS White Men's Mette2 Shoe
I really like these shoes, much more than the second pair. I love the colour combination, I already have shoes with basically the same colour combination - I love them. They also look comfortable and they seem to be casual, but also formal enough to take part of semi-formal events. What worries me about these shoes though is the fact that they seem somewhat girly. What do you think, am I just being paranoid, or do they, in fact, look girly? I do not want to leave people the wrong impression.

2) Calvin Klein Hopper - Free Shipping
Another pair I picked out, although I do not like it nearly as much. Not much to add.

Anyway. Maybe you can comment on these 2 pair of shoes I've selected, as well as maybe suggesting me some other cool shoes, you think I'd possibly like. I'm 20 and a guy.

Thanks a lot, if anyone has enough time to read it and help me. I would sure appreciate it a lot.

I like the first shoe, and I do not think they're girly. I love it when guys wear brogues/oxfords or Dior trainers, personally, I always think those are very nice, as well as Navy-blue Vans.

These don't seem particularly girly to me. If you will be comfortable wearing them, than that is the most important thing. Wear what you love & makes you comfortable & confidant. Whatever your style, if you 'own' the look, than that is what makes it you.

One of my tests is whether I will regret it if they go out of stock & I missed the chance to try them out.

I think you should go to the store, try them on and walk around a bit. Buy the one which seems more comfortable.

I think that the guess is great. They are sporty looking and would look great with a nice pair of dark jeans. :-)
