HELP! tsubo.com

Hello, everyone. I really need help. Has anyone ordered shoes from Tsubo.com? I spent 80 bucks, no shipping charge. They billed my credit card and no further information what so ever. On the web site there is no date it shipped on, I did not get anything and they do not reply to my e-mails. Did I just blew 80 bucks? please respond if anyone used that web site.

I am the lovely lady at Tsubo that Shomore speaks of...

I wanted to let everyone know we contacted Cheese_Cake and let her know the status of her order.

Unfortunately, a lot of the time our emails sent out end up in spam/junk folders. We ask our customers to add "http://tsubo.com" or "@tsubo.com" emails into their "safe" email lists to avoid this problem. Whenever a purchase is placed on tsubo.com,an auto email is sent out confirming receipt of the purchase. Also, we have a great customer service rep, Celina , who responds to all incoming tsubo.com emails. We aim to please!
