well, I stumbled across this website the other day, since I last looked it has been completely relaunched which I love the new style.

I bought my pair of birkenstock sandals from here and all went well, seems like they have a large range of shoes for both men and women too, not heard any other reports from it yet, but seems pretty cool.

Has anyone found the return policy of any online shoe store to be problematic?

We only buy from so many different stores ourselves - so I was interested if anyone had a store that they thought we should avoid.
