I have to wear medium/ high heels else I walk like a flat footed duck pmsl!

I Have Extremely Flat Feet ... I Need Advice And Help ... I Dont Know What To Do And I Need Surgery To Correct Them ... I Was Born Like That ...

I recommend wearing some sort of shoe with arch support built in or get orthodics to put in your shoes. It is VERY common & can really hurt your back, knees, hips, feet ect. if you dont wear the right shoe. DONT wear a flat shoe - not good for you. You need a little lift.
