Try Stephen Bonanno Sandals - Awesome leathers & feel great!
One of my good friends has flat feet and needs surgeryBut in the meantime, she wears comfy boots like UGG and flats with a small gel insole. She can't really do heels. I should ask her if there are any specific brands that work best & report back!
As I understand it, The tendons and muscles that are associated with the arch of the foot are there to provide shock absorption and provide bounce and springiness in the gait. These loose their strength and suppleness if they are not used, just like any other muscle/tendon in the body. So flat feet can often be the result from wearing footwear that provide a lot of support to the arch, preventing it from being exercised.
I'm not podiatrist or doctor, but I would suggest that perfectly flat shoes would help someone with flat feet regain some of that arch strength and tone.
If its works for the Masai, who run for days almost barefoot but for a strip of leather and a toe post/thong, then it can't be all that bad?
YES! I finally found this web page! I’ve been looking just for this article for so long!!
Has anyone heard of onesole?
It's off topic but anyone know a good treatment for this for my son?
