I just love to see a women wearing two different style shoes, there are so many choices available, I find unusual combinations particularly exciting, like one white plimsol (ked) and one black leather ballet pump, one court shoe and one opened-toe slingback, one black stiletto pump and one white stiletto pump or one high-heel shoe and one flat shoe.
Actually, I have my own Yahoo Group called "Odd Shoes", any members of this forum are more than welcome to join. John |

Wearing shoes of 2 different heights would drive me crazy. High heels are made wearable with correct brand for your foot shape and proper balance for the individual. Different heights would just throw my balance off and irritate me.
But, I have seen mismatched socks being sold to the 'tween girl set recently, so I can see where there is a whimisical appeal to certain age groups and personalities. |

I LOVE THIS CONCEPT. Its very "Punky Brewster"... So fun and different. If theres a way to do it so its not always so whimsical but more sophisticated looking that would be hot.

I have seen shoe sets that are 'matched' but different from right to left. It's kind of an interesting bit of fashion, but I would fall over if the basic style wasn't the same.
I also saw mismatched socks at the bookstore near the kids books. Apparently younger girls think it's fun. |

I don't think mismatched shoes should be a trend. It looks funny. I mean, the mismatched earrings are out there and it rocks but I don't think it would work well with shoes.

in my opinion..there is nothing worse, though you can have matching shoes with different...additions to each one, to add personality
