D&G offer a great variety of comfortable and eye catching shoes, but they can be quite expensive, but they sell them at like ROSS and Marshalls for pretty cheap

I have that same problem and equally important is to wear inserts that will give her the arch support such as the one attached.

If your shoes are killing your feet and giving you pain/grief, you should invest in some good pain relief footwear. Z-CoiL is your answer, my friend. They're a custom fit shoe... Flat feet, high arches, whatever, they can help you out. www.zcoils.com

You might try Merrills, they are nice-looking and very comfortable, but man, they're expensive. Still, it's worth it if they help your feet! Most of the better department stores carry them; ask & try some on to see. They make shoes that are built like sports shoes but don't look like sports shoes. And, I think they have a line of sports shoes as well. Good luck!
Also, if you do have plantar's fasciitis (sp?) a great exercise is to stand with your toes on a stair, hold the banister, and lower and raise your heels. It hurts at first, but then helps to stretch and relieve pain. Try it!! |
