Though, which charity are you doing...have you chosen a specific cancer org yet? October is b.r.e.a.s.t cancer awareness month & everything starts going pink for a month (at least here in the US ... packaging, websites, limited pink editions of 'stuff'). So, a lot of people associate pink with b.r.east cancer awareness & red with preventing heart disease & stroke (the American Heart Association sponsors the Go Red campaign for preventing heart disease in women).

Just a thought, some people (US at least) think: pink=cancer awareness, red=heart attack prevention.

just to let you know that my 10 mile walk will be summertime next year. it will be raising money for CANCER RESEARCH UK. maybe you may like to read about a recent 5 mile walk i completed that i had organised to raise over £700 for a charity called HELP FOR HEROES. just google KEVIN COZENS IN HEELS
