I spent the last three weeks on a business trip where I lived in my Manolos and Jimmy's. My right foot hurt for most of that time, but it finally got so bad I had to go to the hospital in Rome. After much fussing around the verdict was a metatarsal stress fracture. The remedy was the adorable bootie shown belowthat makes people think I have a club foot> Any suggestions of what to wear on the other foot for the next 6 weeks?

Since it's fairly flat, & winter, you might look for some low sheepskin slipper/booties in black. It's the closest match in shape, I think.
