Is this ok to wear to a club?

I'm going out tonight to a gay club for my friend's birthday. I've never been to a gay bar before so I don't know if it varies much from other clubs but basically this is what I was planning on wearing....

Do you think it's ok or a bit casual? Would a different top be better, like a plain vest top?
