No such a thing as a burden for your team, since you will probably be helping them alot (which is quite the opposite from what you think). Guardians can soak damage and still support pretty well, if your team has some nice teamwork it will be very good. As for builds I wont look into them just because I feel like its all about the feeling of the game itself.
