What do you think of this shoe? Too chunky? Is the platform too high?

Oh, definitely too high for me--but of course, as I'm often reminded, that's a subjective opinion. I think it's a little bland, and the chunky strap on top may cut your foot in an unflattering way (shortening, rather than elongating). At the same time, it's a neutral shade, so the effect will be muted.

Yeah, I've got to be honest, I don't really like the ankle strap. I like the lower strap, and I'd have to see it on.

Brutally honest: I'd say the top strap is too big (and what's that shield shaped thing doing there?), and the coloring makes it look too old and bulky. Maybe 2 or even 3 colors -dark with bright accents- might save the little elegance that it has..

I am not a fan of them. Sorry. I think they trying to be a stylish shoe, but really are to high of a platform for that style of shoe.
