Default Are you a designer shoe addict??

Im a student at bournemouth university and am in need of some help with my consumer behaviour assignment. I am doing a study of designer shoe addicts and what drives them to behave in the ways they do. I need to find someone who fits this profile just to answer a few simple questions about themself and their lifestyle so that i can gain a better understanding.
Ideally i am looking for a proffessional, city girl, preferably in their 20's, whos obsessed with designer shoes - If you think this could be you and would be willing to help me, then please let me know.
Thanks, i would be very grateful for any help!!

I am not professional city girl who likes designer shoes. However, I am a professional country boy that likes to buy designer/name brand shoes, boots, shirts and pants. I would love to answer your questions. Anyway, part of my job is to find hard to find items for buyers on the internet. I occasionally go shopping on the internet and find many good deals on shoes and boots. These are name brand products such as Justin, Tony Lama, Nike and Puma. When I can buy something 30-40 cents on the dollar, I feel like I have made a good purchase. I guess buying something new is a reward for the troubles that come with my job. I don't need any new shoes but it's an addiction difficult to break. Why? I don't know. Perhaps it is the thought of going out on a Friday and spending 50$ yet have nothing to show for it. When I buy shoes, I have something to show for my money. I hope this helps.

I don't care if it's designer shoes or not! Just nice shoes. That's enough for me! xD

For me, they don't have to be designer, just unique, and hot.

I'm not necessarily a designer brand addict, but I do have certain brands that I have a special fondness for. Among those brands are Clarke's, Dexter, Naturalizer, and a few others that I can't recall at the moment. I will wear a cheap shoe if it fits well enough. However, since I have narrow feet, it is best if I can try those on before buying.

As I've posted on another thread, I buy a lot of shoes on ebay or online from regular shoe stores/vendors. I'm not usually ever disappointed. The only problem I've encountered here lately with my ebay purchases are with some of the Born brand shoes. Normally, I wear a 7 and sometimes that is too large (width wise), but I wear socks with casual shoes anyway, so that's never a problem. However, the Born brand must be cut smaller because I need a 7 1/2 and several I've bought just don't fit me right. Born is what I'd consider to be a higher end brand, and I'm a bit irritated that I now own several pair of Born shoes that just don't fit and I'm not likely to wear since they will hurt my feet. What's with the skimming on the sizes with this brand? I don't have that problem with any other brand that I can think of.

"Addict" is such an ugly word! I'd say I'm a designer shoe lover, much more romantic sounding LOL. Seriously, I like pretty shoes and they don't necessarily have to be designer, it just so happens that they often are. The only designer I'm enamored of is Manolo Blahnik and I'm a sucker for his shoes. I do like some Louboutins only a select few. I am a Manolo girl through and through and Manolos make up the vast majority of my designer shoes. I have several of them and only 1 (2nd pair on the way) pair of Louboutins and 1 pair of Jimmy Choo.
