What is wrong with you guys. I've been wearing heels for years, just as I paint my toenails for years. I am a straight hetero guy married to the same woman for 39 years, with 2 kids and a couple of grandkids. I walk better in heels than a lot of women I see. Until 50 years ago, women couldn't (and i Mean couldn't) wear pants. Clothes are gender free. If it makes you happy go with it.

Aside from the fact that men generally wear larger sizes than women, I'm pretty sure that men and women's feet are essentially the same construction - so really it's only social mores and experience that make a difference here.
