Before I answer, a kind request: please do not capitalize every word in your sentences. It really makes it hard to read!

Interesting questions, though--here's a quick answer:

1) It's not clear--in shoes? Perhaps a crocodile-leather shoe.
2) No heel or low heel, up to 2, 2 1/2 inches max (6 cm).
3) Definitely practical.
4) Usually. That's because good brands are usually good for a reason--they make beautiful shoes that are also high quality. A pretty shoe in a low-end brand won't last you 1/2 a season.
5) Louboutin, Blahnik, Chloe, Prada.
6) Anything over $350.

Here are my thoughts.

1) Luxury goes with materials in my mind. Ostrich feather-covered? Butter-soft leather? Luxury.

2) No heel, for sure. Like Shoesense, I'll go up to about 2.5".

3) Practical.

4) Brand and aesthetics go together for me. I won't buy a shoe just for the brand if I don't like how it looks, but I also won't buy a nice looking shoe if it comes from a crappy company.

5) In addition to the 4 Shoesense mentioned above, I'd say Gucci, Fendi, Ferragamo, Zanotti, Pucci... there are a lot.

6) I'd say over $400.

As I raed the other answers I think I missunderstood the question.
I thought you ment the price tag it self how it should look like..

As for the price how much a shoe should cost to be a luxury one ..
I'm not sure. In the past 20 years I bought some shoes which very excellent stitched with perfect leather choice and fitted very well from a range 100 - 400$ (I wouldn't pay for a pair of shoes more than 450$ )

it's a combination of looks, feel (soft suede, leather) and unique signature touches (louboutin's red sole, not necessary, but makes the shoe oh so special)

definitely a heel, i prefer 4 inches, but 3 is ok too.

for days when i'll be doing alot of walking i'll wear 3 inchers, or a 4 incher with a thicker heel, otherwise i pull out the 4 inchers

no, who cares if the shoe is made by some famous designer if it's too ugly too wear, (unless it's on super sale, then i might pick it up

I consider something anything aesthetically beautiful, that isn't necessarily attainable at all times.

Practical Or The Higher The Heel The Better ? Practical is only beautiful if it's beautiful. ie if the design in the shoe makes the foot look gorgeous.

No. Never. I've bought cheap shoes and people just stare. I've bought expensive shoes and that's a given...sometimes.
