SATC Movie - Who wore what?

I've been getting a few inquiries asking who the designers were in the SATC movie...Where can I get that green dress - it's vintage. Who made the nude colored shoes - Manolo of course!

There are two dresses Samantha is wearing by "CD G..." and then it becomes unclear.

Beyonce wore the black asymmetric number with the gold cube details in the neck @ the BET awards last year, but I can't find it anywhere.

I love those yellow lace up sandal/ankle boot hybrids that SJP is wearing with the green dress but I simply *can't* wear yellow.

How 'bout something like this for us gals who can't wear warm colors ... Unfortunately this is Not Quite the same cut (Oh, these are Hot in Hollywood for HSN.com):
