Maybe funny for a freaked mom but infants should (when their learning to) walk on bare foot as much as possible which is better for the development of their feet. And what the looks concern:

The site looks okay, but I have no personal experience with this website. It is end-of-season(winter) in most areas, so this could be legitimate stock clearing of current styles.

As far as 'in-fashion? Are you buying for winters? Well, winter boots that are lined for warmth will always be 'in-fashion' if you get snow. If you live in a more temperate area, than warm-weather clothes paired with Uggs is a trendy thing that seems limited to younger gals & certain urban areas (LA, etc).
