Far too many golfers buy into the myth that the way to add yardage to their swing is to hit the gym and build muscle mass, or perform golf specific training exercises to increase their strength. Well I'm here to tell you that no amount of strength training is going to significantly improve your golf swing until you have mastered your technique.


The key to adding distance to your golf swing is to improve your technique with taylormade rocketbladez irons. Once your technique is flawless, then you may be able to further increase your drive distance with additional strength training.

For instance, if you have a typical over-the-top swing that many golfers have, you are inherently limiting the distance you can hit the ball.
