Now, who else wants to share their footwear hoard? It could net you some shoe discounts.

Whoa! And I thought I had too many!!! Luckily for me, I just gave away 4 pair to a friend who wears the same shoe size. That means, my job is easier by 4 pair. I must start taking pics like, immediately!

PS: Can you post a pic of those Giraudons? I heard good things about the brand, but they're pretty hard to find (in Philly, anyway). I'm curious.

Yeah, this is after I just pared down my collection by getting rid of 7 pairs last weekend. Yep, I definitely have a problem. Giraudons are indeed hard to find, but it's a great brand. I believe they've got a store in Paris and one in New York. The website has some limited shoes you can buy online, but it's a small selection.

The Victorian style boots I have are these:

Just imagine that the brown suede is black leather and the green accent color is teal instead. This brown/green combination was sold through Anthropologie a while back, but I bought mine at the New York Giraudon store.

The red boots are incredibly comfortable, and I bought them on major sale ($50 instead of about $300). I'll take a snap of them when I get home and post them here a bit later on.

As promised, here's a shot of my two pairs of Giraudon boots.
