It was a nice list of your shoes collections and i think there's still room for improvement. you need to arrange or sort it according to brands, colors, or type or shoes.

Can I ask, do you notice much different in comfort when you compare high-end, expensive brands (michael kors) to mid range (via spiga) or entry (steve madden)?

thanks,
t

I find that it really seems to vary from brand to brand. I have a high arch and Med-Wide foot. Many higher end brands use softer leathers and fewer synthetics, but don't seem to use a last that will be comfortable for my foot shape. So far, out of about 50 brands that I have tried, the most consistently comfortable for me are actually low-mid range designers: Steve Madden, Betsey Johnson, Donald J. Pliner, Kenzie & Seychelles. Of course, I do like Anyi Lu as the most comfortable well-designed shoe, but there could be more attractive styles than she usually offers. A half a dozen other mid-range brands will fit me 25%-50% of the time so I may purchase from them depending on the style. Almost every other brand I have worn, including a few higher end, all need some extra arch support or cushioning, or are simply too narrow - I will only buy them if I am so in love with a unique style that I am willing to go through the hassle of possible alterations.
