Actually, I'm a pretty reserved person. I let my shoes speak for me.

I also got these cute flats by Lucky at Macy's.

These remind me a little bit of a pair of wedges I have been seeing over at our TJmaxx. They also have a bling peace sign (Hubby hates them, lol).
BTW - Love Macys. I've gotten the best $20 sales shoes there. |

I'm pretty similar. Love conservative styles .... except for shoes.

So, do you find it easy to match shoes to your closet? Or do you wind up building a whole outfit around a shoe? It's hard sometimes for me to buy some shoes if I'm afraid I'll love looking at them, but maybe never actually figure out how to wear them IRL.

For my more attention getting shoes, I easily dress them down with more conservative, subdued color outfits. For example, last night I wore my studded boots with black yoga pants, a grey and black long sleeved shirt, and a knee-length simple v-neck black cardigan. I used a plain black bag with the outfit and minimal jewelry. It worked great!

I'm intrigued. Maybe we need a fashion thread?

I just ordered these today from the Saks Friends & Family sale. Loeffler Randall boots and Tory Burch Revas!

Here are real pics of my recent acquisitions. Please excuse the fashion faux pas of my cropped sweatpants with my fabulous new boots. ![]() ![]() |
