Meet my first pair of Louboutins, just had to have the red cherry patent, makes me salivate!

Also, the second pair I recently bought at Versace during a store closing (I got them at 75% off ) These were featured on the runway.

Have I mentioned how much I'm just LOVING this site?

those are awesome! i love platforms more than anything and they've always been my favorite shoe to wear. i'm gonna post pics too later when i get home.

That 2nd pair is amazing. How is the balance on that? I have several platforms in the 1/4 to 3/4 inch height and they are easy to get used to, but the pair of 1 1/5 inch platforms that I tried on this weekend were pretty crazy. Balance was much tougher on a carpeted surface (although hardwood was fine).

But, the weirdest thing was that adding 6 inches to my height changed my eye level and center of gravity just enough that walking around my house was actually a little disorienting. I suddenly have more sympathy for runway models wearing the more extreme height shoes!

here's a pair of 9 & co platforms i bought of ebay awhile back. check out the crazy angle...they felt weird at first but they're easy to walk in.

I couldnt have worded the feeling better myself.. and you are right, if I tried to stand still on a carpet surface, its pretty tough to keep my balance.

Strangely enough, I'm bringing these to vegas with me next weekend and I'm fully prepared to walk around in them all night, thats how comfortable they are!

Alright, so heres a small update.

My girlfriends and I went the the recent Britney Spears concert in Vegas...well we had posh transportation there, to say the least.....however we didnt think about the fact that we'd need it AFTER. With 15,000 people piling out of a concert, YOU try finding a taxi.

Needless to say we had to WALK all the way from MGM to Planet Hollywood in our heels.. and me wearing those Versace platforms.

BIG mistake... 3 weeks later and my toes are still numb!... STILL!!!!!
